Wine is coming to 511 S Las Vegas Boulevard. This week, What Now came across licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas by M.A.D. Enterprise LLC for a restaurant called Wine on the Boulevard at that address, which was formerly occupied by Coffee Religion.
This piqued our curiosity. So we reached out to Michele Denison, the owner behind M.A.D. Enterprise LLC, to ask what the story was. Denison confirmed it: Wine on the Boulevard is currently in the works.
For the moment, however, that’s all that’s been revealed. Denison said it’s still a little too early to start sharing the details about the upcoming restaurant.
What Now is waiting on an update that will provide a bit information about what’s on the menu, but for the moment it bears pointing out that the paperwork in question is for a restaurant license, not a liquor license: might there be a food angle too?
