Happy Belly Food Group announced that Rosie’s Burgers has secured a location in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. The company has not yet disclosed an address or opening date, according to Stock Titan.
Rosie’s Burgers is known for its smashburgers and nostalgic take on classic comfort food. “We’re all about keeping things simple and perfecting tradition,” the brand says on its website. Its menu includes smashburgers, golden fries, poutine, onion rings and classic milkshakes.
According to Happy Belly, the parent company of Rosie Burgers, the brand currently has 20 open locations and more than 110 secured through multi-unit and area development agreements across Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
The Mont-Tremblant restaurant will be operated by Carma Hospitality, Rosie’s multi-unit franchise partner in Quebec. It will be the fourth location covered by Carma’s commitment to open 10 units.
“Mont-Tremblant represents another high-quality market for Rosie’s as we continue accelerating our Quebec expansion strategy,” said Sean Black, CEO of Happy Belly.
What Now Toronto has also followed Happy Belly’s expansion, including coverage of its HEAL Wellness brand preparing to open multiple new locations. The company’s portfolio also includes Lettuce Love Café, Yolks and Via Cibo. In previous comments, Black said Happy Belly aimed to make HEAL Wellness Canada’s leading acai bowl and smoothie brand.
