Rebel Wine Lounge is relocating from downtown Mesa to Gilbert, where it is expected to reopen at The Gilmore, a mixed-use development near Val Vista Drive and Germann Road, according to Phoenix New Times.
The wine bar plans to close its current location at 104 W. Main St., Suite 107, by the end of this month after more than two years in the current space.
In a social media post announcing the move, the Rebel Wine Lounge team thanked customers for their support, saying the business had “high hopes for the development and revitalization of downtown Mesa” but ultimately decided it was time to relocate to The Gilmore, where it expects to reopen in the first quarter of 2027.
The new location at The Gilmore is expected to feature a larger kitchen, expanded brunch, lunch, and dinner offerings, a private event space, and coffee service for remote workers.
Rebel Wine Lounge is part of Incomparably Dope Venture Partners and is operated by Macee Tillman and Christina Goldsmith. The group’s portfolio also includes Outcast Doughnuts, Level 1 Arcade Bar, and Alchemy 48.
