According to recent public records, a new concept is coming to the upcoming Universal Helios Grand Hotel at 8505 S. Kirkman Orlando.

Flora Taverna, a Mediterranean inspired establishment, will soon provide delectable dishes from the region in a lively atmosphere for the impressive new hotel’s guests, staff, and visitors.

“Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Flora Taverna offers a full breakfast buffet and Mediterranean comfort foods.”

“Featuring an open kitchen, live cooking, pizza oven, open grills, and a gyro station, the light and airy atmosphere is the perfect complement to any meal. Whether dining indoors or al fresco, guests have amazing views of Epic Universe.”

“Enter a divine escape with dazzling views of Universal Epic Universe. Beautiful details of celestial patterns and constellations adorn the hotel with an elegant Mediterranean-inspired feel. Opening 2025,” the official website adds.

“Located at Epic Universe at the end of Celestial Park is Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel designed to transport guests to a world where the heavens and earth unite. The hotel has 500 rooms, one-of-a-kind views, and its own dedicated entrance into the theme park.”
