El Tataki Sushi has a serious Instagram following. And if you’re one of the sushi fusion joint’s subscribers, you’ll be happy to learn an expansion is in the works. El Tataki has operated out of its current location in Avondale, AZ, at 107th Ave and Indian School Road since 2017; prior to that it could be found in Glendale. Now it appears El Tataki Sushi is growing.
El Tataki recently signed a lease for a roughly 3,000 square-foot retail space in the Goodyear Submarket at 790 N Estrella Parkway in Goodyear and is slated to take over the space in July.
Open 7 days a week, you can enjoy cocktails and sushi for brunch, lunch, and dinner at El Tataki, and their menu offers traditional sushi dishes as well as popular Mexican sushi fusion dishes, which originated in northern parts of Mexico, such as Sinaloa and Sonora.
“Developed by our expert traditional sushi chefs with over 20 years of experience, we take our sushi very serious and only use hand selected ingredients. Likewise our Mexican sushi dishes have our own twist and ensure the best quality from the rice we use to the cuts and sauces we use,” says the restaurants website.
