Been on the lookout for a butcher in Horizon West? Cadri is opening soon on Seidel Rd & Seton Creek Blvd and promises “the best meat you’ve ever tasted,” which we can’t help but be excited about.
Jennifer and Adriano Olmeda are the owners of Cadri meat market. They produce “sausages, meatballs, meatloaf, burgers, patties and marinade meat cuts under USDA inspection in a factory located in Orlando Florida,” according to their official website.
Adriano Olmeda has spent 30 years in the food industry in Brazil where he “produced more than 6.000 tons” and 150 varieties of meat a year. According to their official website, Adriano Olmeda mastered his sausage-making technique thanks to his Italian father and uncle back in Brazil.
It seems the market is from the brand Master Sausage LLC that also provides services to well-known establishments such as The Hilton Hotels and The Marriot. We can’t wait to try one of their cuts which promises to be a -cut- above the rest.
