Brilliant Earth, a San Francisco-based jeweler that specializes in ethically-sourced diamonds and gemstones, has opened a new showroom at 300 Grant, a luxury retail and office development in Union Square.

300 Grant, which is owned by London-based Zeno Capital and Artha Capital in Mexico City, broke ground in 2017 and was completed late last year. Located at 300 Grant Avenue, it is the first new retail and office development in Union Square in 20 years.

The 70,000-square-foot building includes four levels of retail space and another three levels of creative office space. In addition to Brilliant Earth, it also houses a location of high-end outerwear company Arc’teryx, which signed a lease at the development last autumn.

The transaction between Brilliant Earth and 300 Grant was brokered by Kazuko Morgan, Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, according to a press release from the real estate firm.
