For the last few months, Mimi Cerutti has been creating elegant and elaborate charcuterie boards for private events. Her company, Cerutti Charcuterie, focuses on women’s gatherings like showers, brunches, goddess gatherings, and sister circles and crafts elaborate spreads of fruit, vegetables, cheeses, and cured meats. The company even creates gluten free and vegan options upon request.

According to Cerutti Charcuterie’s Instagram, the company started up this spring, however Cerutti’s experience and passion for food has been 20 years in the making. And now, after only a few months in business, it appears Cerutti Charcuterie is expanding.

A recent post across social media channels indicates Cerutti Charcuterie will soon be able to expand production. Earlier this week, Cerutti Charcuterie shared, “The upcoming expansion of @cerutticharcuterie will bring more delivery order options, so stay tuned!” Permit intel obtained by What Now San Diego suggests the company has filed an application for a commissary kitchen space in San Marcos.

Cerutti Charcuterie services the North San Diego area and can be reached via email for bookings. Follow the company on social media for a glimpse of the lovely creations.
