Butters Pancakes & Cafe is adding another storefront to their list as they move into the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center at 7000 E. Mayo Boulevard.

The restaurant, according to its website, uses only the “finest and freshest ingredients available.” All of the batters are scratch-made daily, and they believe their attention to detail is what sets them apart.

Fans of the restaurant already know all about their Brioche French Toast, fluffy pancakes and flavorful omelettes, and might even frequently order the Eggs Verde or Turkey Jalapeño Panini.

To lesson their carbon footprint, they also state they use efficient technologies and building materials, as well as seeking out organically grown ingredients from local farmers and producers whenever they can.

The owner of the restaurant, Ted Syregelas, told My Hyper Local News earlier this year, “We wanted to expand our popular Butters concept to the North Phoenix/North Scottsdale area and share our wonderful dining experience with a new group of guests. We are always looking for dynamic, active neighborhoods and our new location is a perfect choice for our next phase of expansion in Arizona.”

What Now Phoenix reached out to Syregelas for more information on an opening date, but he was unavailable by phone on Monday. As of now, they filed for a liquor license on September 11, and the website for the Scottsdale 101 shopping center still has them listed as “coming soon.”
