According to a recent permit filing, Harlow Cafe + Juice Bar will soon open another location in the Richmond area at 3715 SE Division St.

A representative of Harlow Cafe + Juice Bar was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date for the new location has yet to be confirmed, according to the company website, Harlow currently has three locations throughout the Portland metro.

“Harlow Cafe + Juice Bar are destinations that bring you fresh, locally sourced 100% gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian cuisine. From our “creamy” vegan and gluten-free mac and cheese to our bowls that are filled with vegetables and grains, you’ll be able to experience the breadth of what it means to be plant-based. Our juices, smoothies, elixirs, and beverages are packed with healthful blends of fruits, nuts, herbs, and wellness powders that can be that oh-so-special treat or that refuel post-workout.”

An article from VegOut written back in 2021 states, “The new NW café offers the same gluten-sensitive and vegan-friendly menu as its original SE spot—from its wide selection of morning scrambles to its hearty entrée-sized bowls. With hours from 9 am to 8 pm, there’s something to satisfy hunger no matter what time of day.”

“In addition to the fan-favorite staples like the vegan Hathorne Mac and Cheese and the Utopian Dream Salad, the kitchen also offers fresh juices, smoothies, and elixirs. The restaurant is completely dairy-free and relies on a mix of house-made and store-bought vegan cheeses such as jalapeño cashew sauce and Daiya shreds. In lieu of eggs, customers have the option to swap in smoky tempeh or seasoned jackfruit.”
