PizzaVola, a popular Italian pizzeria chain with three locations on Florida’s Space Coast, has leased space in the Rockledge City Center to open a fourth restaurant.
However, owner Tony Evola, said this one will be different.
“The others,” he said, “are full-service restaurants. This one will be an Express.”
The new 1,388 sq. ft. PizzaVola Express will be located in Rockledge City Center, according to leasing intel.
Tony opened his first pizzeria, Vola Café in Long Branch, N.J., according to the restaurant’s website. He moved to Florida in 2014 and opened PizzaVola, which is known for its New York-style pizza.
