Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll is almost ready to debut its fifth location in north Phoenix, according to a pending ABC license found in state public records. The restaurant’s upcoming location will be at 12847 N. Tatum Blvd. in Paradise Valley Village, taking over the former McAlister’s Deli space.
Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll is a tried and true favorite among the Valley of the Sun, whose residents can’t get enough of the fresh rolls, sandwiches, Vietnamese-style chicken wings, extensive selection of Pho, and more traditional dishes made with modern flair. The restaurant has been especially helpful throughout these past couple years, when take-out ordering has been the default due to the pandemic.
There are currently two Scottsdale locations and one in Peoria, plus another that just recently opened in Tempe. Owner Quin Dinh tells What Now Phoenix that their upcoming location on Tatum Boulevard is getting ready to open by the end of the month.
