A representative of 88 Fried Chicken was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and what 88 Fried Chicken plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, 88 Fried Chicken has been filed for under 88 Fried Chicken Camas INC.
Washington Company Search states that 88 Fried Chicken Camas INC was incorporated on March 25th, 2024. The two people who are listed on the business search are Shujun Xu and Liandi Chen, in addition to Michael Chen on the permit filing.
For the property itself, when doing a bit more research, it seems that the address listed for 88 Fried Chicken is also the same as A Fish Named Taco. Multiple sites such as Yelp and MapQuest list A Fish named Taco as closed.
