According to an article from the Portland Business Journal, ChefStable will debut a new concept called Panther Club at 726 SE 6th Avenue.

A representative of Panther Club was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

According to the article, “Panther Club (is) a high-level, yet fuss-free, late-night sexy, vintage lounge” at 726 S.E. Sixth St., next door to ChefStable’s Loyal Legion beer hall, according to an announcement Monday.”

“Portland dining and entertainment group ChefStable plans to open a lounge with vintage vibes in a space that formerly housed a bar, a restaurant, and an events venue. Evocative of Old Vegas, built as a dark lounge with cozy candlelit seating and classic charm,” the space was formerly the Trifecta and more recently the Mahonian Events space.”

When it comes to ChefStable, according to the company website, “ChefStable partners with chefs to design, build, and operate restaurants. We invest in chefs we believe in, chefs who have shown a commitment to their craft, and whose food reflects their passion and talent. We take care of all of the operational details, which allows our partners to focus on what’s truly important: food, service, and the guest experience.”
