Jai Thai Spok Plans to Take Over Chai Thai Space

Jai Thai Spok filed for a liquor license permit on September 30th.

According to a recent permit filing, Jai Thai Spok has filed for a Glenfair area location at 14035 SE Stark Street.

“My goal opening date will be at the end of October, I’m just waiting for the liquor license approval. We will serve Thai food. I will be taking over from my parents, and I’m very excited to open,” the owner, Kazimierz Parks, told What Now Portland.

According to the permit filing, Jai Thai Spok’s planned days of operation will be Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 9 PM. Jai Thai Spok’s hours will have no seasonal variation.

According to Google, Jai Thai Spok’s location was home to Chai Thai. According to Yelp, Chai Thai is not marked as currently closed yet. Chai Thai currently has the same hours as Jai Thai Spok’s planned days of operation, with the addition of Saturday for Jai Thai Spok.
