According to a recent permit filing, Arabian Breeze Restaurant aims to debut in Grant Park at 3223 NE Broadway Suite A.

Behind Arabian Breeze is Ziad Khouri. Once Arabian Breeze opens, the planned days of operation will be Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 11 AM to 12 AM. These hours will also apply to the outdoor space.

Alongside Arabian Breeze Restaurant, INC. Ziad is also listed to be behind NPSK, LLC. Arabian Breeze Restaurant, INC was registered back in 2003 under the name Turkish Coffee House and Restaurant, INC, according to Oregon’s business search. NPSK, LLC was registered back in 2014.

According to Loop Net, the property boasts 2,161 square feet of space. Yelp states that the address belongs to Nicholas Restaurant. Nicholas Restaurant is still marked as open. Nicholas Restaurant is described as a”Lively Lebanese eatery known for serving super-sized portions & fresh pita in a relaxed space.”
