California Chicken Café is set to open a new location in West Hollywood within the next two months, located at 8424 Beverly Blvd.
The original California Chicken Café opened in Hollywood back in 1991. Since then, the restaurant micro-chain has expanded to nine different locations, most recently opening a store in Downtown Los Angeles in 2019. Now, owner Andre de Montesquiou gets ready to expand once again with a 1,743 square-foot restaurant not too far from its original location.
“Whether one prefers rotisserie chicken on a plate, in a tasty wrap, or on a bed of crunchy greens, local micro-chain California Chicken Café has endless ways to create a delicious meal,” Eater Los Angeles said about the restaurant, recently calling it one of the healthiest restaurants in the area.
California Chicken Café specializes in rotisserie chicken, each served with pita bread. The restaurant also features a handful of healthy salads, wraps, and beverages.
