The Original Hot Dog Factory Opens in Sugarloaf Mills Friday

Grab a free 'dog from noon until 4 p.m. Oct. 16 at the franchise's newest Atlanta-area restaurant.

On the heels of announcing plans to open in Halcyon next year, The Original Hot Dog Factory will debut its newest location — Sugarloaf Mills Mall — on Friday, October 16. The grand opening will start at 12 p.m. and go until 4 p.m. offering free ‘dogs, according to an announcement Thursday.

Atlanta-born The Original Hot Dog Factory with the addition of franchising is growing rapidly across the country. The Sugarloaf Mills outpost is owned and operated by Antonio and Latoya Hicks (pictured below), and will be open Sunday 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Original Hot Dog Factory’s menu includes specialty hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, french fries, onion rings, milkshakes, and more.

The Original Hot Dog Factory first opened in 2010 but was rebranded and revamped in 2015. It has locations in Atlanta, Philly, Brooklyn, Houston, and Birmingham, the chain is set to open locations in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Detroit. An outpost in Marietta debuted earlier this month.
