Wondering if the Landlord Used E-How’s “How to Evict a Tenant”

Johnny’s New York Style Pizza, a franchise offering pizzas and subs, was evicted from their Inman Park location on Elizabeth street after skipping out on rent awhile back.

Taking their place is Victory Sandwich, a deli style restaurant which is set to open in July [editors note: specifics on their menu and opening have not been confirmed].

Located across the street from Savi Urban Market and adjacent to At The Collective, Victory Sandwich is located down the street from Sotto Sotto and Fritti.

With a large covered deck, Victory Sandwich has the potential to be a great neighborhood deli and lunch spot.

  • I don’t think you have your info right–Johnny’s Pizza is up Highland, close to P’Cheen and Highland Bakery–it’s nowhere near Savi Urban Market or At the Collective.

  • well…johnny’s was in this spot until around 2006 then it moved up by p’cheen on n. highland. now its called jack’s btw. anyway, we’re looking to open victory towards late in the summer so everyone can enjoy or awesome patio before fall hits. inman park is a great neighborhood and we couldnt be more excited.

  • What Now?? is a good name for this website! So what now? It obviously didn’t open in July….today is Dec 10…anything happening?

  • I live down the street and didn’t even know there was something in there coming. I’m shocked to find out they were supposed to open in July and have been working since May (they thought it’d take 2 months?). I guess they haven’t been reaching out to IP

  • Sorry for the confusion all. We’ve had a couple hiccups along the way, but will be open in late January. Thanks for the interest, we promise not to disappoint!

  • Drove by last week and saw the doors are open. Been there twice since and the sandwiches are phenominal! Very cool scene too. Try the Castro, it’s amazing!
