45Eighty Dunwoody Apartment Homes in Dunwoody has been purchased by San Francisco-based real estate firm Hamilton Zanze, according to a press release from the company.
Located about 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta at 4580 Barclay Drive, the property includes a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, business center and packaging receiving center. It has 204 one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 946 square feet, with 14 floor plans. At press time, the monthly rent averages between $1,650 to $2,130 per unit, according to Apartments.com. The building was 96 percent occupied when it was purchased.
Hamilton Zanze will continue renovating the apartments under a plan already implemented by seller FPA Multifamily, LLC. Mission Rock Residential, a Denver-based affiliate of Hamilton Zanze, will manage the property.
