From the creators of Prime 120, Hammocks Trading Company, and Under the Cork Tree, will come a new sushi restaurant slated to open on the fourth floor of Building 2 in the Adair Park development. Succulent Hospitality, owned and operated by Jason Sheetz and William Sigley, has announced its latest concept, Oishii, a sushi and noodle bar.

The eatery borrows its name from the Japanese word for delicious, pronounced “oy-she.” According to a press release, the new restaurant promises a full Japanese sushi bar of traditional rolls and sashimi and creative takes on nigiri, as well as ramens created by Chef Sigley. Expect dishes composed of high-quality, fresh ingredients. Additionally, you’ll be able to find a full bar with a serious craft cocktail and spirits program.

Slated to open in summer 2022, Oishii will bring an atmosphere of sophistication and excitement to Woodstock. The space, designed by Abbi Williams and Red Door Design, will be light and airy with sprawling views of downtown. The Succulent Group website shares you’ll be able to dine indoors as well as outside on the eatery’s rooftop patio—a perfect spot for family and friends gatherings as well as an intimate date night.

Adair Park is located at 8256 Main St. in Woodstock.
