Thip Athakhanh, owner of Atlanta’s Snackboxe Bistro, and Amkha Sayasan, the restaurant’s general manager and head chef, are joining forces yet again, this time to bring Atlantans a take-home omakase concept called Amkha Omakase.

Amkha Omakase is slated to launch in November of this year, following an October 26th pop-up event showcasing the new concept at the Duluth location of Snackboxe. The menu will offer seasonal, chef-driven items crafted by the two friends and coworkers.

The seasonal menus will be available twice a month for pre-order and pick-up, reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. You can expect an array of nigiri, sashimi and rolls, hot and cold apps, noodle dishes, dessert, and a drink. While Amkha Omakase doesn’t have a website just yet, the eatery’s Instagram is already dropping some mouthwatering hints.

Crispy baby crabs with house-made ponzu? Uni oysters with a truffle ginger chili lime sauce and lemongrass, Vietnamese mint, crispy shallots, and caviar? Really, you don’t have to tell us twice. Honestly, the dessert menu might be the most intriguing feature. Soy milk panna cotta with matcha crumbles and a strawberries + cream matcha brownie cake would be pretty impossible to choose between—guess you’ll just have to order twice.

Find Amkha Omakase on social media to see for yourself.
