Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, has begun delivering apartment homes at Broadstone Pullman, the first residential development in the iconic Pratt Pullman District.
Broadstone Pullman offers 354 studio-, one- and two-bedroom apartments across three residential buildings.
“From its beginnings in 1904, to the years of dormancy, Pullman Yards has captured the imagination of artists and entertainers,” said Alliance Residential Managing Director Noah Randall in a press release this week. “Now, we’re making history as the first residential community here. We are thrilled to be a part of the site’s activation and historic renovation and are excited to give residents the opportunity to experience this unique community.”
The apartment homes feature an “industrial aesthetic” with custom cabinetry, decorative tile backsplashes, veined quartz countertops, mixed metal finishes on the fixtures, and electronic locks throughout the community. Select units will also feature brick accents.
Designed by Brock Hudgins Architects, Broadstone Pullman has been created with movies in mind, complete with a Marvel comic-themed décor for the communal kitchen; a leasing office featuring amphitheater seating and light art installation; a two-story clubroom with wallpaper featuring actress Shannon Tate, and pool table and gaming area with director’s chair seating.
Other community amenities include an elevated saltwater pool, fitness center, rooftop lounge space, and views of the Pratt Pullman District.
Located on 4.77 acres, at 105 Rogers Street NE, Broadstone Pullman is within walking distance to Atlanta’s Kirkwood neighborhood. The master developers of the Pratt Pullman District are turning the property into an entertainment, retail, and office center.
