A new fine-dining restaurant is coming to Midtown, according to a permit application filed with the City of Atlanta. Stix Asian Cuisine will debut at 112 10th Street NE, and the permit application proposes interior alterations to the 7,630 square-foot space in the form of new finishes, new paint, and sheetrock. The estimated cost of construction is $600,000.
Although Stix Asian Cuisine does not have a large online presence just yet, an Instagram account for the eatery displays renderings indicating the restaurant will have two floors. The social media account describes Stix Asian Cuisine as “upscale Asian dining.”
An LLC filing links Chad Dillon, owner of Buckhead’s The Boiler, to the new restaurant. The Boiler celebrated its one year anniversary on December 4th, and the full-service restaurant off Piedmont Road features a wide variety of NOLA-inspired seafood and crab boil. A strong cocktail program is also on the menu.
We reached out to Dillon and are awaiting more details on his new restaurant. In the meantime, find Stix Asian Cuisine on social media for updates.
