Scottsdale charcuterie lovers: this one’s for you. A new market and cafe called Gastromé Market is coming soon to 7704 E. Doubletree Ranch Road. The business recently applied for their liquor licenses, but still has a lot on their to-do list in anticipation of an opening this summer

Gastromé Market will feature specialty packaged foods, a case of unique cheeses, a delightful confectionery counter, boutique wines and other culinary delights that are waiting to be discovered. The space will feature 3,500 square-feet dedicated to the market side and 1,500 square-feet for a cafe, serving worldly charcuterie boards that will take you on a gastronomic adventure.

The concept is brought to us by culinary duo Tiffany Chavez and Jenny Le. “Gastromé Market will have aisles of cheeses, cured meats, caviars, wines, honeys, pastas, olive oils, truffle, fresh produce and so much more,” Le tells What Now Phoenix.

“The cafe will feature a bar and is also big enough to host classes on subjects such as cheese and wine pairings, charcuterie board making, and even education on the specialty products that we bring in. Each class will accommodate around 20 people.”

Le says that the demolition started three weeks ago and that the contractors have just finished framing. When all is said and done, they anticipate opening around June or July. Until then, sign up for the VIP List on their website, and follow them on Facebook and Instagram for eventual updates.
