MUTTS Canine Cantina is coming soon to the Valley! Early next year, the dog-friendly restaurant will open the first of six new locations in the Phoenix Metro market. The chain just secured a lease on a space at Gilbert’s SanTan Village

MUTTS provides the ultimate urban oasis for dogs and their owners. The restaurant features a private off-leash dog park and a full bar serving local craft beers. In addition to the brews, MUTTS serves their signature margaritas called Barkaritas®.

The menu includes award-winning burgers and sandwiches, plus PUPcicles for the four-legged customers. MUTTS has a strong following in Texas and has since continued to prove itself as a fast-growing franchise catering to a whole new customer base of pet-owners.

Ricardo Martinez of CF Group Investments and Ilse Calderon are opening the MUTTS Canine Cantina in Gilbert. The franchisees are already successful entrepreneurs whose portfolio boasts multiple Little Caesars and Dunkin’ Donuts locations dispersed throughout various Mexican states.

“As dog lovers, Ilse and I can speak for fellow Phoenicians when we say there is a strong need in the community for an innovative concept like MUTTS Canine Cantina. I’m confident my background in hospitality will help create a space for like-minded residents to unwind with their beloved pets after a long day,” said Martinez in a press release.

“I’m positive that MUTTS’ arrival to the Phoenix area will revolutionize the way we interact with off-leash parks. There’s nothing more rewarding than resting easy, sipping a Barkarita®, and knowing your dog is enjoying itself in a safe and stimulating environment.” For more information, visit muttscantina.com.
