Outta Sight is popping up permanently this summer at 422 Larkin St. in San Francisco. SF Chronicle first reported that the pandemic-born pizza pop up by business partners Eric Ehler and Peter Dorrance is about to go brick-and-mortar with their next-level pies.

The pizzeria will accomodate 25 seats. For $5 to $6, customers can order a slice of Outta Sight’s nine pizzas on rotation, including their popular Orchard Pie with mixed mushrooms, garlic butter, and rosemary honey. “Slice culture is beautiful,” Ehler told the Chronicle last year. “You can grab a quick slice and walk/skate away with it and crush it in seconds. … It is the ultimate street food.”

Ehler was most recently the executive chef at Four Point Beer Company and has also helped create the menu at Lazy Susan. Prior to that, he was a sous chef at Mister Jiu’s in Chinatown, where he met Dorrance. Working together on Outta Sight, they began slinging their elevated pizzas at Pizzahacker on Mission Street, before moving to Fig & Thistle in Hayes Valley last year.

The new shop will be a lot more approachable and is intended to be a casual spot when it opens in August. For more information, visit www.thatsouttasight.com.
