When What Now Miami spoke with owner Jesse Gimelstein via phone, he confirmed that Flyfuel Food Co. will be opening a third location at 154 NE 29th Street in August. The chain has a location in Aventura which is a full restaurant and another location in Miami, the Flyfuel Express, which is a juice bar inside of a gym.
Gimelstein described the restaurant as healthy fast-casual in concept. He told What Now Miami that it is his ambition that Flyfuel Food Co. will be the best. They aim to provide excellent service and food of quality and sustainable ingredients.
Flyfuel Food Company serves an all-day breakfast that includes an egg, mozzarella, and avocado bagel sandwich, a salmon schmear sandwich, gluten-free vegan waffles, bagels with cream cheese, and a gluten-free chocolate chip muffin.
The other options on the menu are wraps with a choice of wheat or spinach wraps, acai bowls, salads, smoothies, liquid fuel namely coffee drinks, and bowls – including items like a burrito bowl, an ahi bowl, and a curry bowl.
There is a final category called Flyfood, where you will find items like avocado toast, cauliflower pizza, fruit toast, stuffed sweet potato, overnight oats, a coconut chia parfait, and a tuna melt.
Flyfuel Food Company definitely has ambition and the drive to prove itself as a company.
