With plans already known to be in the works for two Las Vegas locations, Arizona-based chain Salad and Go is gearing up to bring its healthy drive-thru fast food concept to the valley. Word has already gotten out about locations planned for the corner of N El Capitan Way and N Durango Dr and at 5235 S Fort Apache Rd.

A representative of And Go Concepts, LLC submitted pre-review application paperwork to Clark County last week, showing plans for a ground-up build of a new drive-thru restaurant. The building will be erected on a currently undeveloped pad that is part of an existing shopping center at the intersection of W Desert Inn Rd and S Durango Dr. The address attached to this parcel is 3399 S Durango Dr #105.

Salad and Go’s Arizona locations offer nine different salads, including Cobb, Caprese, Greek, Buffalo Chicken, and Jalapeño Ranch. These same choices can be ordered as wraps. The menu also offers a variety of breakfast burritos, including Traditional, Fiesta, and Southwest, and a kid’s-size salad and Protein Box.

The location will have no indoor or outdoor seating, working—as Salad & Go generally does—exclusively out of its drive-thru. Accordingly, the building will occupy a diminutive 783 square feet.

Further details about the location are unavailable at this time. What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative on Monday for immediate comment. No opening date has been announced.
