It is well-known by now that Mox Boarding House is set to open their first Arizona location at 1371 N. Alma School Road in Chandler. But while it was previously reported that the opening was to happen this year, Mouth by Southwest reports that the debut has been pushed to April 2023.
Since the start of 2020, the Seattle-based restaurant has had plans to take over the former Social Box Neighborhood Eatery. Chandler locals were excited to learn that this new hybrid board games and dining concept was coming to town, so hopefully we will get to see this project come to fruition next year.
The restaurant serves a wide-ranging menu from steaks to pastas, as well as a full bar doling out cocktails, local craft beer and wine. What’s more is that customers have access to a gaming library that houses hundreds of board games that can be borrowed and played while dining.
