The restaurant formerly known as Wings & Hibachi Cajun Seafood will now be operating as Paul’s Unique Gourmet, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida and confirmed by new owner Michelet Paul. The restaurant is located at 2107 West Colonial Drive in Orlando

Mr. Paul tells What Now Orlando that apart from the name change, the restaurant will essentially be the same in menu and concept. He has previously run restaurants in the Miami area.

When asked why he decided to acquire the restaurant, Mr. Paul says “I always wanted to have a business in Orlando. I saw the opportunity and I said ‘Let me go and grab this.”

As it had before, the restaurant will serve primarily grilled chicken, fried chicken and a variety of seafood cooked in Caribbean style. Mr. Paul says that while his Miami restaurants have a developed dessert offering, that aspect is yet to be applied to the Orlando restaurant, but is soon to come.
