Clique Hospitality announced yesterday that it will open Proper Eats, a new food hall that will span 24,000 square feet on the second level of ARIA Resort & Casino. The brands brought together at Proper Eats will include “highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las-Vegas destinations,” according to a press release. Clique will curate 12 restaurant concepts in the space, four of which of its own creation.
“This is a dream destination for me,” Andy Masi, founder of Clique Hospitality, said in the press release. “Our team is bringing together cocktails and cuisine from some of our favorite places in the world in one strikingly beautiful space in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip.”
The first four Proper Eats offerings to be announced are the first Seoul Bird outside of London; the only Wexler’s Deli outside of Los Angeles; New York‘s breakfast-centric Egghead by Tao Group Hospitality; and Clique’s newly created Temaki, serving “fresh, innovative handrolls and other modern sushi dishes.”
Proper Eats’s design, done by Italian-Canadian designer Munge and his Studio Munge, will blend “modern simplicity with tailored sophistication for an energetic, stylish atmosphere.”
Stay tuned for more updates on Proper Eats’s debut, plus closer looks at individual concepts headed to the elevated food hall opening at ARIA Resort & Casino.
