Koibito Poke, a healthy fast casual concept known for its build-your-own Hawaiian poké bowls is celebrating its official Las Vegas grand opening Saturday, October 8! Koibito Poke located at 4870 Blue Diamond Road, Suite 150, was officially opened to the public on September 28th. Restaurant hours are 10:30 AM to 10 PM.

Guests can celebrate on October 8 for the grand opening with a special on sight live stream with Heather Collins from Mix 94.1, a meet and greet with the Clark County Fire Department union, special promotions from EOS Fitness and face painting and balloon art for the kids! You can also enter to win gift cards, Koibito Poke merch, professional hockey tickets and even FREE poke for a year! The grand opening celebration will go from 11 AM until 2 PM. Restrictions on ‘free poke for a year’ may apply.

Koibito Poke offers a customizable build-your-own bowl experience that allows each diner to make every bowl to their liking with seafood, toppings and nine unique sauces. The concept also serves a handful of Signature Bowls for an easier selection.
