Not far from the intersection between North Federal Highway and East Copans Road, another South Florida Tropical Smoothie Café appears to be in the works for South Florida. A recently submitted plan review indicates a Tropical Smoothie Location will open in Pompano Beach at 1700 NE 23rd St.

The Tropical Smoothie Cafe menu features a long list of healthy smoothies. Granted, some are a little more indulgent than others (we’re looking at you, Peanut Butter Cup), but guests can always opt to load up on nutrients with Super Veggie smoothies like the Detox Island Green (spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana & fresh ginger) and others. Somewhere in between lie Fruit Blends like the Blimey Limey, with strawberries, pineapple, orange juice, and lime, and nutrient-heavy Balanced Fusions like the Triple Berry Oat (strawberries, blueberries, cranberry, multivitamin, ground flaxseed, whole-grain oats, whey protein & Splenda®).

The menu also features flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches, and salads for guests who bring an appetite for something light.

What Now was unable to reach a representative of Tropical Smoothie Café for immediate comment on Friday. No opening date has been announced for a Pompano Beach location.
