Amazin Kitchen, a locally owned and operated restaurant, will soon be opening a restaurant in the College Park neighborhood of Orlando, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 1317 Edgewater Drive, near other popular local establishments such as Shakers American Café and Cups and Pups Coffee.

Owner Frederic J Metellus tells What Now Orlando, “We are very early in the process and we aren’t ready to provide details just yet.” However, he committed to providing information to the publication as soon as he finds himself able to.

While this may leave readers confused as to what to expect about the upcoming establishment, a few details can be confidently deduced. Given what is known about the most recent occupants of the space, ReNew Health Center (listed as permanently closed on Google Maps) and Physical Address, it can be safely deduced that the restaurant will be small to be mid-sized and be indoor seating only.

In addition, considering the generic name of Amazin Kitchen, lacking in reference to any foreign cuisines, readers may expect some rendition of American or cuisines, perhaps Southern-influenced.

As soon as Mr. Metellus is able to provide further information, What Now Orlando will update the story accordingly.
