Coincidence Cafe, a new locally owned food and beverage establishment, will soon be opening in Orlando, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 3765 N John Young Parkway in an area of Orlando relatively unpopulated by local eateries. The nearest establishments are Wendy’s and McDonald’s.

What Now Orlando reached out to part owner and manager Eva Lai who did not have much information to provide regarding the upcoming restaurant’s potential opening dates, food offering, or daily schedule.

“Unfortunately, we don’t know much at this stage and are still early in the game,” Lai explains.

What can be known, however, is that the address seems to be located within a former commercial building space that stands two stories tall, next to General Auto, a local used car dealership. It is not yet clear how much space within the building the café will actually occupy.

Unfortunately, readers will have to wait some time for Lai and her team to announce more specific details. In any case, this mysterious concept will surely be welcome in an area of town dense in industrial and office space, and short on quality sit-down eateries.
