California-based, sustainable jewelry brand, RG is set to open their third brick and mortar location at Westfield UTC – an open-air lifestyle retail destination located in the heart of San Diego.
Founded in 2014 by Rachel Karcich, RG is built on a commitment to sustainability, using only the finest, ethically sourced alloys and gemstones to create pieces that are classic and current. All RG jewelry is handmade here in the United States at their Los Angeles atelier and partner workshop in New England.
Their latest outpost will offer RG’s signature line of ready made jewelry, including gold-filled, sterling silver, and 14-karat gold necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, and more; as well as custom made-to-order pieces and engraving options. Additionally, they will also be bringing their permanent jewelry offering to the San Diego location. Customers can get “sparked” in-store, choosing from a range of 14K solid gold bracelets, varying in thickness. The 500 square-foot space will also feature other accessories including sunglasses, bags, and a variety of home goods such as candles and ceramics.
The store features a bright, fresh feel inspired by Mediterranean design, featuring custom wood work, combined with fresh plants throughout.

In addition to their online business, RG has two other retail locations, their first opened in 2020 in Los Angeles’ Atwater Village, and their second storefront location, RG by the Sea on Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente, opening just last year.
