With locations in countries like Brazil, France, and the Netherlands, international fast casual falafel and vegetarian chain Maoz Vegetarian has made already made landfall here in South Florida with locations in Boca Raton, Wellington, and Delray Beach. It is now planning another South Florida location, this time in Boyton Beach.
What Now confirmed the news with franchisee Gregory Brown on Monday. Brown encouraged What Now and its readers to check out the Maoz Vegetarian website.
“When it comes to falafel, we are world experts,” reads the brand’s Who We Are page. “For over 20 years, we have been continuously working on perfecting our product to offer the best tasting nutritious meals to our customers worldwide.”
The Maoz menu features customizable hummus bowls, sandwiches, falafel bowls, and salads, with sides that include vegan soups, vegan rice pudding, sweet potato fries, and more. You can also load your order up with extras like hummus, babaganoush, and fried eggplant.
The Boynton Beach location will open at 9884 Jog Road, north of the intersection with Boynton Beach Boulevard and just across the street from the Fountains of Boynton Shopping Plaza, a shopping center home to eateries like Duffy’s Sports Grill, Martini’s Tuscan Grill & Bar, and Lucille’s Bad to the Bone BBQ.
