Located on the southeast corner of the intersection between Channel 8 Drive and Convention Center Drive, 101 Convention Center Plaza appears to be getting its first restaurant. On Friday, What Now found permitting paperwork submitted to Clark County for a new restaurant at the plaza.

The application requests a special use permit for a “restaurant with a hookah lounge and coffee shop,” which would be built in a currently vacant space in the plaza; namely, Unit 25.

101 Convention Center Plaza is home to businesses like Art of Soap and High Society Massage, along with exhibition/even planners Incendo and Las Vegas Guest List.

What Now reached out to owner Borhan Moradi on Friday to inquire about the project. Moradi confirmed the existence of the project but declined to comment at this time. For the moment, the name of the project remains a mystery, as do the details of its menu.
