Ji Bei Chuan, a growing noodles concept, will soon be coming to Orlando, according to recent public records. The eatery will be located at 11905 E Colonial Drive, near Siam Garden Thai and Tan-Cha, within the Alafaya Commons shopping center.

“We’ll be serving noodles,” franchise owner Dezhang Wang tells What Now Orlando.

When asked for his rationale in choosing the Colonial Drive spot, Mr. Wang simply says “We liked the location.”

Mr. Wang finalized the call by stating that mid-August was the targeted opening timeframe, but did not add former detail.

“With just 5 years of time it has grown to be one of the fastest growing noodle shop in China,” the official website states.

“It has opened 400 stores in China. It was introduced to United States around two years ago. It has 50 stores in the whole country and it will be keep growing in the next few years.”

Curious readers can anticipate a varied pan-asian menu with offerings such as udon noodles, ramen, thai soup, pork dumplings, and pho, among many other options.
