Allday Pizza will be building up a new location at 4300 Speedway, within Suite 103, according to recent public records. The concept will be run by successful Austin restaurateurs Townsend Smith Jr. and Dan Sorg who earned their pizza notoriety running the notable wood-fired pizza truck Sammataro.

“We sell full pies and pizza by the slice,” the official website states. “All of our dough is fermented for 48 hours or more by the time we’re serving it to you. All of our pizza contains gluten. Our red sauce is made from organic California tomatoes.”

According to a recent Eater report Allday Pizza “will serve up 16-inch Neapolitan-New York-style pies, plus salads, meatballs, and soft serve. The menu will include set toppings as well as build-your-own options plus diet-friendly versions.”

Details on the construction project records estimate a start date of October 15 and projects a spring 2024 conclusion. The project is estimated to cost $650,000 and will cover “TI restaurant w/ dine-in, commissary kitchen, and carry-out”

No opening date has been set. Until the Speedway location opens its doors, eager readers can sample Allday at Flo’s Wine Bar off 35th & Pecos.
