Time Out Market Miami welcomes Dale Street Food, a contemporary Cuban, Asian-inspired concept by Chef Monika and Oriel Dominguez. The food and cultural market that brings the best of the city together under one roof will add Dale Street Food on Wednesday, March 1st to its roster.
Cousins and Cuban natives, Chef Monika and Oriel Dominguez, created Dale Street Food based on their combined experiences in hospitality, their love for Cuban food and bringing the food from family to table.
The menu will feature a unique take on traditional Cuban “street staples” elevating the classic dishes to new heights with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
The menu features an array of Dale’s signature crowd-favorite dishes and Merienditas (snacks) suitable for all palettes, including:
● Croquetas Yakitori – A curry-based croqueta served with Spanish chorizo, sweet soy smoky glaze sauce, and pickled carrots ($10)
● Gyosas – Complete with savory guava & cheese, Mexican chili powder, and scallions and
Crispy Rice made with your choice of pulled pork or Ropa Vieja, and served with Chipotle Barbeque sauce ($10)
● The O.G Lechon Roll, a packed Cuban pulled pork sandwich with Cholula Aioli, Escabeche Onions, Papitas and pickles ($15)
● Enchilados Platos Fuertes – Including Mussels served with Curry sofrito, Cuban tostada, and malanga ($20)
● Street Fried Noodles – Featuring Latin soy sauce, sweet Thai chili, and a fried egg ($18)
(Options include: shrimp (addt $4), pulled pork or vegetarian-style
● Cangrejos Enchilados – Featuring a sofrito base enchilada with Lump Crab, jasmine rice and shishito peppers ($20).
● Maruchan Ramen Noodles – Served with Cuban shredded beef ($13) or Camarones ($15).
Time Out Market Miami is located at 1601 Drexel Avenue on Miami Beach.
Time Out Market Miami’s Hours of Operation are Sunday – Thursday, 11AM* – 10PM and Friday – Saturday, 11AM* – 11PM.
*All Market concessions open at Noon, except for Necessary Purveyor, Bebito’s Cafecito, LUR, Plants & Bowls, and Baklava Bakery which open at 11AM.
