Located at 176 Carillon Parkway in St. Petersburg, the WaterView Echelon City Center building will soon be home to a new locally-owned cafe. The Brothers Thomas Bespoke Café will serve breakfast, lunch, and a variety of coffee drinks, according to recent coverage by St. Pete Rising. It’s expected to open before the end of the year.

Founded by Luke and Matt Thomas, the Brothers Thomas Bespoke Café will offer traditional coffee drinks—espresso, Americano, caffe latte, and the like. While the cafe will not have a dedicated kitchen, it will offer small prepared foods, including pastries and wraps.

In addition to coffee, there will be cold-pressed juice, tea, and MUD/WTR, a mushroom-based coffee alternative.

What Now reached out to Luke Thomas on Thursday to inquire further about plans for the new coffee shop. Thomas was not immediately available for comment.
