Mexico Grill Expanding Along Coast

According to recent public records, Cocoa Beach’s Mexico’s Grill appears to be expanding. Two distinct plan review list upcoming addresses at 1120 Clearlake Road in Cocoa and another at 905 N Courtenay Parkway in Merritt Island.

“Why do we call ourselves Mexico’s Grill?,” the restaurant states. “Great question! It’s because our chefs are from various parts of Mexico, and bring their regions culinary flare directly to your plate! Carlos Garcia is the owner and head chef of Mexico’s Grill and was born into the restaurant business working side by side with his parents from childhood. 

“His dream? Create an authentic mexican restaurant in his favorite place, Cocoa Beach!” 

What Now Orlando was not able to reach Mr. Garcia for comment. 

No opening date has been set.
