McAlister’s Deli is being planned for Phase Two of Fort Bend Town Center in Missouri City. McAlister’s Deli will open in a 2,800-square-foot space at 20220 Fort Bend Pkwy., Ste. 100 in Missouri City.

Franchise owner Jason Middleton told What Now Houston they hope to open by the end of October 2023. This McAlister’s Deli will be Middleton’s first. “I think it will be well received. No grease, no fryers, great salads, great sandwiches, just an elevated deli experience.”

Middleton spent 16 years with McAlister’s before becoming a franchisee. “We know the brand really well,” he said. Middleton plans to open three additional locations—Manvel, Alvin, La Marque, possibly in 2024.

Menu items are handcrafted and made to order using fresh ingredients. Diners can choose from a variety of club sandwiches, classics such as ham and cheese, Big & Bold Sandwiches such as The Italian and French Dip, as well as baked potatoes, fresh salads, and soups.

Diners can grab a refreshing drink of McAlister’s Famous Tea or Pure Cane Sugar Lemonade. Desserts are also offered including cookies, brownies, and Oreo Cheesecake.
