Amelia’s by EAT, the new modern neighborhood eatery and market at McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale, has announced its official grand opening this month. Serving local and organically sourced menu offerings, scratch made cocktails, wine, bakery items, coffee and artisan market goods, the restaurant is set to open its doors to the public on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
Amelia’s by EAT, named for founder Stacey Weber’s grandmother, will be an extension of all that Stacey’s customers have come to know about EAT within a new concept. Amelia’s by EAT will have offerings made with the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
“I’m so excited to bring all my favorite things to Amelia’s customers,” says Owner and Chef Stacey Weber, who has been offering private chef and catering services in Arizona since 2007 in a statement. “We will be featuring all the most loved items from EAT and adding fresh baked breads, artisan market foods, organic coffee with house made syrups and delicious cocktails. The idea is to make eating-well easy and enjoyable. I’m creating the place I’ve always wanted in Scottsdale.”
Amelia’s will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will offer an all-day counter service menu including BYOB (build your own board) nosh board, fresh handcrafted cocktails, grab and go food, beverages, and grocery items. Anticipated menu favorites include EAT classics such as the Stacey’s Famous Chicken Rice Enchilada and Gluten Free Pot Pie, a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches including the Rotisserie Chicken Banh Mi and Greek Falafel Salad and a plethora of breakfast, bakery and dessert options. The modern restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating and will feature live acoustic music on select nights along with intimate Sunday suppers.
