With five draft rooms in Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Salt Lake City, Utah, Beer Zombies is a local brewer to watch. The Vegas-born brand’s draft rooms serve an eclectic selection of brews in a unique atmosphere influenced by the Horror film genre reflected in its name.
Now, recently submitted liquor licensing paperwork indicates a sixth draft room may be in the works, this time at 831 W Bonanza Road.
“Est. 2013 Beer Zombies Brewing Co., based out of Las Vegas, dabbles in the dark arts of brewing,” says the Beer Zombies website. “Brewing up everything from Hazy IPAs, Decadent stouts, fruited sours and our core clean beers.”
Those beers include current offerings like Zombie Slaycation, “a cobbler inspired fruited sour, bubbling over with cherries, vanilla and a dusting of cinnamon,” and the hazy IPA Baron Zombie, which is “packed full of Citra & Straa hops to lay a base of tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, with hints of cream.”
What Now reached out to Beer Zombies owner Chris Jacobs to inquire about plans for a new draft room. Jacobs was not immediately available for comment.
