Located at the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and South Rainbow Boulevard, Diamond Plaza will soon welcome a new cafe into its food and beverage community. Beans and Brews, a coffee franchise with locations in Texas, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, and Nevada, is planning to open a company-owned location at the plaza.
Licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by the company shows the location opening at 9250 S Rainbow Blvd. This will be the first corporate Beans and Brews in Las Vegas, which is already home to several franchise locations.
Beans & Brews offers a variety of coffee and tea drinks. The chain’s beans are roasted at 4,400 feat above sea level, allowing the coffee to roast at as low a temperature, and for as brief a time as possible, preserving the flavor of the beans and preventing scorching.
Opening at Diamon Plaza, Beans and Brews will join a hospitality community that includes Whidbey’s A Daytime Eatery, Roberto’s Taco Shop, and Smok Cigar Lounge.
What Now reached out to Beans and Brews CEO Chad Gretzema to inquire about the company’s plans for Las Vegas on Friday. Gretzema was not immediately available for comment.
