Round Table Pizza is coming by way of Franchise Owner Paul Tran, and will be going in at 8323 Farm to Market Rd 723, Richmond, TX 77406.
Round Table Pizza falls under the FAT Brands Inc. umbrella next to restaurants such as Johnny Rockets, Twin Peaks, Fazoli’s, and many others. The almost six-decade running pizza joint boasts of using “gold standard ingredients” that are topped on their classic-recipe pies to the edge. They serve three appetizers, a salad, and drink options as well.
Tran is an early retiree after over 25 years in the oil and gas industry. He’s owned other businesses previously, but this time went the franchise route. “I love to eat and am a pretty good cook, so I wanted to be in the restaurant industry. I realized pizza was perfect; everybody likes pizza,” he said. He chose the location in West Houston to focus on households and families.
His location of Round Table will be a “high end, very clean pizzeria” with a seating capacity of approximately 90 while featuring a full bar with about 10 barstools and televisions showing sports. The space in total will be 3150 square feet.
Fall 2023 is the estimated opening time frame for Richmond’s Round Table Pizza.
