Restaurant management company, Sun Holdings Inc., is putting in a franchised Arby’s location at 130 E Louetta Rd, Spring, TX 77373.
Sun Holdings was founded in 1997. It provides management services for franchised restaurants made popular in America. According to the website, there’s currently nine brands managed under the umbrella across twelve states, and with three units located within airports. The company and its CEO have received many awards and been recognized by various publications and organizations.
Arby’s offers high-quality meats and well-known sides, such as their Curly Fries. It was founded in 1964 and is a part of the Inspire Brands family. The roast beef sandwich-serving restaurant is the second-largest sandwich restaurant brand in the world and has over 3500 locations in nine countries.
According to the permit on file with the city, the new construction begins May 2023 with a completion date estimated for the end of August 2023. The cost for the project is $250,000 and will yield a 3041-square-foot space.
